This candle is inspired by the supernatural Aos Sí (said like eess SHEE) of Celtic mythology. The Aos Sí are the fairy folk/ancestors/spirits of nature who inhabit the Otherworld. To appease them, folks would leave offerings for the Aos Sí - apples, wine, and often bread or other baked goods.
I've topped these candles with a polished smokey quartz stone, which is said to have protective and grounding qualities that connect you to the Earth, lest you accidently cross a fairy ring and get whisked away to the Otherworld.
These 12 ounce candles are packaged in amber glass jars with metal lids. As always my candles are made with clean burning soy wax and nontoxic fragrance oils with a lead free wick. Wax melts come in compostable containers and are twice the size of regular wax melts. Wax melts come in 6 packs.
